User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsSimple oil change. Used a mail-in coupon. Thought they did a decent job for a 30 min oil change. Forgot to apply the coupon until I pointed it out.
The kicker is that the oil drain plug was only hand-tightened, allowing oil to drip onto the garage floor at home. Fortunately I could crawl under and wrench the plug tight. Can't believe they missed that.
