I love Starbucks and visit twice daily,however at this particual one I occasionally get my latte wrong! I ask for non-fat, NO FOAM and what do I get...FOAM, FOAM, FOAm. Look if I wanted foam I would order a cappuccino. I shouldn't even have to say NO FOAM!!! I paid for a full cup of coffee, I want a full cup of coffee.
