User Rating: 4 out of 5 starsNice and Friendly: I haven't been to a Steak 'N' Shake for a long time because the last time I went I had very bad service and the food wasn't all that great. Well we went this time because it was close and we didn't want to drive around looking for a place when we knew that most placed would have a wait. We got seated right away. The waitress was very friendly and prompt. I don't remember exactly what I had. It was some kind of steak burger with their special sauce on it, but it was good. I also had their chili and some fries. Now I really liked their fries. We also asked for a kids menu and had fun with that. We will definitely be going back there some day.
