User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsI have never really used a dry cleaning service before massey's, but now I will never do my own laundry. The Massey family are the sweetest people. The cleaners have VERY hard working employees and they are all so nice and really work hard to deliver the type of service I want.

I had choices: I have really enjoyed the service I have recieved at Massey's. I lived in Dallas for 10 years, where there seemed to be a dry cleaners on every corner. After going through several cleaners, I found ONE in ten years that cleaned everything perfect. After moving to Wills Point two years ago, I decided to give Massey's a shot. I have been extremely satisfied with the quality of work and service they have provided.
User Rating: 3 out of 5 starsDo I have a choice?: Massey's customer service in WP is usually good... however, the actual service they provide can be poor, many times we have recieved our clothes not properly done according to our instructions. Or just carelessness when pressing the shirts so you have a crooked collar. I have to say that whenever I've had a commplaint, they were quick to correct the problem at no cost.. just time. We have also had a few mix ups, when they gave us the wrong clothes back. But all in all they're okay, it's not like I have a lot of options... they're the only dry cleaners in town...
