Love extra charge: My car was towed for battery replacement to this service. When I got statment, I found that I was charged extra 29 bucks for towing. The office clerk said that it was their normal business practice. Because I noticed an extracharge and insisted on return, I got my money back. However, you must be very careful with them.

Good lord, 29 dollars? Of course they are going to charge you for towing. Only repair shops which own tow trucks will tow for free. GET OVER IT!!!
