Driving from Harlingen for a surprise for my boyfriend of an elegant restaurant turned out to be a sham. After leaving a credit card number and having a guaranteed reservation, to my surprise I was not "on the list". For a "five-star" restaurant, supposedly, I was not able to enjoy the food, atmosphere, and possible great service. As a disappointed "almost" customer, I would not recommend this restaurant due to their incompetent service.

I recommended this restaurant to a friend, as they wanted a special place to celebrate Valentine's Day. I was very upset that even with reservations and leaving a credit card number, when my friends showed up, they were told they did not have a reservation. While they were there, three other couples were told the same thing and were turned away. All of the couples made reservations, one of them had even made reservations three weeks prior. What a disappointment that their first experience with your restaurant will probably be their last.
