Restaurant Pomme

Yum! Pomme is a delight for the eyes and mouth! The quaint decor provides a comfortable backdrop to the dining experience. The service is not as polished or attentive as you might expect in a pricey environment, but it is not pretentious either. The food is simply divine. Each course was a delightful blend of flavors that fully complimented the whole. Some were bold, some gentle, some lingered. The salad, grouper special, and cheesecake mousse all brought eye-closing surprises. I loved every second of it and will be back!

I took a group (12) women to Pomme for lunch. We were the first group in the restaurant to order (we sat at 3 different tables of 4)and were the first to put in our order. Others came in after we arrived and were served before my table of 4 and we ordered first. The other 2 tables were finished eating before our food arrived. The food was very good but the service leaves much to be desired. No free food (dessert) for someone that had their 80th birthday that day. I was very upset!!

Absolutely divine meals! We try to eat here at least twice a month. My favorite restuarant....and that includes any and all I've been to throughout the country. Incredibly fresh ingredients, excellant service and the owners are so personable. The apple tart for dessert is delicious, the pork medalians in a mustard sauce are heavanly and for some reason the coffee just tastes better as you sit in a quaint yet elegant restaurant watching the train and shoppers pass. As you can tell, I would highly reccomend the Pomme!
