User Rating: 4 out of 5 starsA great value: As a college student, my idea of good eating is filling, reasonably tasty, and cheap food. Cici's on MacArthur fits this description. Sure, the food isn't terrific, but an all-you-can-eat deal for under $8 is perfect if you're hungry, in a group, and looking for a casual pit stop. The employees of this particular Cici's have been very good to my friends and me on the occasions that I've been by - being a local student, I think they realize how important our business can be. You're likely to see birthday parties (or the remnants of them), kids, and parents, but as long as you don't expect too much, the ambiance can be somewhat fun. Bring a group of friends, expect not-terrible food (pizza, salad bar, some desserts), and get a relatively good deal out of the whole experience.
