User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsGot a price from the internet and made sure of the price before I went to the dealership. Went there, drove the car, got ready to sign the papers and OOOPPPPS all of a sudden they told me that someone made over a 1000.00 mistake. Told me they would call me back the next day after they checked into it. No phone call. I emailed the General Manager and another Manager and they could of cared less about me. No reply. I also emailed the person that quoted me the price on the internet asking for an explanation, and she did not respond either. The salesman did make it a point to tell me that he :"missed his hair appt" because we stayed after closing hours. Don't think he is too worried about selling cars, is he?? Would highly recommend going to another dealer that truly cares about you and spending time with you, Bad customer service.
Didn't appreciate being lied to.
