This company has to be the WORST Roof contractor I have ever dealt with. On December 12, 2008, I entered in to a contract to have my roof replaced, for an approximate cost of $21,535.00 of which I gave them an insurance check for this amount. As of today, June 8, 2009, they have not completed the work (minor fixes on damages to house the workers caused) and I have tried calling the owner on several occasions, and he will not return my calls. The office secretary keeps telling me he has received the message to return my calls, but he never returns my calls. This company owes me money back and when I inquired about the refund, I was told that they have to get more businees so they can have money to return my money back to me. If I gave them more than the amount to repair/fix my home, why would they not have my money to return to me. The Construction Foreman lies about when the work is to be done, even told me they were at my house working, when in fact I was setting in front of my home and no one was there. I was told this would take 2 days to repair, and so NOW, almost 6 months later, why isn't the work DONE? If you like being lied to, taken advantage of and have more money then time to burn, then this is your company, however, like most of us in life, time and money are both important. I would never have hired this company had I known that they lie to your face, they damage your home while fixing it and then don't have time to come back and fix the damages they made because they are too busy taking every one elses money. They are listed with the BBB (Better Business Bureau) and I am still trying to figure out how they are even in business. Stay away from this company, they are bad news.........
