LA Fiesta Mexican Restaurant

i have been to lafiesta several time an everytime im there its always been fun an good food all the waiters are very nice an friendly an very funny its the best restaurant in lake city i would recommend this place to everyone. Also if anyone has any information about one of the waiters that used to work there named Luis please please let me know on my email groaden@yahoo.com hes one of my best friends from there an ive lost his number.if you dont know his name hes the one that has the curl that hangs down in the front and if you have ever been there hes the one that dances alot hes very funny an a very nice guy last i heard he was working at the lafiesta on western avenue which is another very good restarant please if anybody knows his number or where i could find him please email me i will greatly appreciate it very much.

I have lived here for years, but never tried this resturant before. I was invited out to dinner by a friend, and we chose La Fiesta recently. I was pleasantly surprised. The food was excellent, both of us tried different items from menu and we both loved every bite.I never venture into this type of place alone, as i am a widow. I would go back here anytime. I thought the service was excellent, the waiters were very friendly even though I barely understood them in the broken english- spanish they spoke,but never the less was entertained and delighted by our experience.

The food was good, and it is one of the best restaurants in the immediate area. I have no problem with the food; I have a huge problem with some of the servers. At about 8pm one night, my best friend and I (both 20something females) went into eat. Two of the waiters (neither of which was the one responsible for our table) would not stop harassing us about dating them. We ask them to go away, but they persisted claiming that the next time we came in they would "pay for our beer and show us a nice time" and berated with questions about where we lived, worked, and "liked to party." Needless to say, we ran up to pay, stormed out, and haven't eaten there since. As I said, the food is great, but go there during the day. I can only hope this is not a common behavior at the establishment.
