User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsOne of the best watering holes in triple cities until 2008. New management has gone awry. Would not recommend that you run a tab at the bar because more than one customer has told me that M. pads the bill. And do not buy the Captain Morgan because the bottle is added to with off brand cheap rum. Its too bad this place went down hill but maybe there is still hope
User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsEXCELLENT musical evening out: of course, I would say so, as I do frequently show up there with a hefty 6-string axe strapped to my back....
especially when some of the older (decade) bands show up....
Great food, man, do the beefsteak.... seafood's fresh and good (and generous portions too), sit out on the huge veranda, enjoy the music and the outdoors....
the recent flood did not stop these folks from providing the excellence they have come to be known for in the short time they opened this, their 2nd endeavor, the original being in N.C.
Their website sux, been trying to get them to let me work them a new 'un, but.....
seriously, the drinks are well-mixed and reasonable for the area, the munchies are well above par, the cost is better than average for this area, and you will not want to leave until the show is over.
Feel free to buy the itinerant guitar players a drink or two.....

Things change fast in the bar business. I wouldn't recommend. The tabs are inflated by new management and some of the drinks..Like Captain Morgan are really cheap rum added to the bottle. Food is not bad but rather pricey. They allow smoking at teakee bar which is a real irritant if you don't smoke
