Awful. Not knowledgeable at all! My alarm that they installed almost blew up my entire electrical system. It has taken them ONE MONTH to properly install my friend's audio equipment and they had to call an "outside" guy before they got it right. STAY AWAY. The only thing they are good for is window tint!
