Bait and Switch! Twice!
I called Lake Buick Pontiac GMC in response to an internet add for a new car and asked them to send me the specs on the car. They sent me an email quote that included the advertised price and a complete and unambiguous description of the car – but had no VIN number.

A few hours later I called back and said I wanted to purchase the car they quoted for the advertised price. Over the phone I charged the full price to a credit card. But the car they delivered 2 days later was stripped down without $3000 of options that were in the email quote.

After lying to me and saying that the car they delivered included certain features which I later realized it didn't, they provided me with a "due bill" that obligated them to install the most obvious items that I had already realized were missing.

However, they pulled the same bait and switch and sent someone to install only a minor part of the package they were obligated to install. When I drove to the dealership to discuss it with them, Scott the sales manager accused me of forging the due bill and the general manager said he had no intention of installing the package that was both on the quote and on the due bill.

Later when I contacted an attorney, Scott threatened my wife that he would have her arrested for grand theft auto if she did not return the vehicle that day and invalidate the due bill even though they had already received full payment!

Beware - Sleazy Shysters!

i purchase a brand new pontiac solstice 7 months ago from this dealer and the car has seen more of the dealer and time then me, it has had a bunch problem, so finally ask the dealer that this car was a piece of junk that they should give me another other car for all my waisted time and money for briging the car back and fort ,and they told to talk gm directly. so i did after a week i talk to them and they basicaly said that they don't do that. and that im stuck with this brand new piece of junk car. so if you could help with my problem with this car it would be nice.
