I am writing this from a grandmother's perspective. I got to "participate" with my son and daughter-in-law this morning and "see" my first grandson for the first time. The facility is superior with a wall sized flat screen TV to view the 3D ultrasound, comfortable seating, and a very comfy bed for mom to lie on. The company gave mom directions in advance on what to do to make the most of the ultrasound such as eating fruit or drinking fruit juice just before arriving so baby would be rousing. The tech included everyone in the room in the experience. The very first thing the tech did was find baby's face - in a matter of seconds. We got to see him SMILE multiple times and the tech got LOTS of pictures of the smiles, sticking out his tongue, etc. She did an awesome job keeping baby aroused the entire session without it looking like he was really being disturbed in his little world.. Baby's Mom and Dad left with a DVD, 6 color and 7 black and white photos in a bag full of other goodies. All of this in just 15 mins. Mom and Dad are allowed 6 other "invited" persons to participate. Baby's other grandmother was there (this is her 12th grandchild) and she was as thrilled as we were with what we saw. My husband (baby's grandfather) didn't know what to expect and he was grinning from ear to ear during the entire experience. I can't recommend this totally professional facility and staff higher from a grandmother's perspective!
