A friend of mine recently got completely screwed over by Liberty Chevrolet after being talked into turning in a lease early for a new car... the agreement to waive her lease payments for her was not honored. Not only did they expected her to pay 2 car payments alone for several months and but it applauded me greatly to hear them tell her if she could not do that then she had no business buying a new car. Being a relative of a large Ford dealer our family would never allow such actions from not only a sales representative but upper management as well.

This is one of the worst car dealer station I've ever been.
My wife brought our Saturn for simple oil change and aggreed to clean car fuel system as it was recommended. After that we're forced 3 times back to station to fix problem with "service engine soon" yellow light indicator. Every time they've called us different reasons related with car fuel system, did something with car's computer to make light gone, but it's back again on next day. Finaly, my wife spend 1 houre with Service Manager Rich Chamblesf who essentually refused to addmit that this problem related to what they've done and gave my wife humiliating advice "come back when light will change from yellow on red or car engine will start shaking".
Shameless people and terrible place!
