Altapro has provide horrible service. It appears they only want the sell and refuse to service the equipment. I have been trying since JULY to get my client VERY expensive wheelchair serviced. Once in July they contacted my client and manipulated him. Since then they have not returned anyone's calls or emails.

I spoke to the "owner" July 28 and was promised a tech would contact my client to repair damages that resulted for their failure to assist and fix chair from earlier request. My client hasn't been mobile for 8 days. Altapro staff never called me or my client back, no contact. I am filing complaints with Medicare and Medicaid. I would NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY AGAIN.

Great experience to work with Altapro Medical! Very sharp staff and listened to what we had to say. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM to anyone I know for Medical Equipment. They were very nice to work with and we will be going back.

Be careful how you pay. They have charged my credit card two times for items I purchased for my daughter in July. I have been trying to get them to credit my account for the $120 overcharge, but they keep putting me off. It has been over 1 month. Now they wont even answer my calls or return messages. I have contacted a local news reporter and they should be interviewing them soon. I was asked to give them one last chance but they still wont return my calls or money. I guess we will see what Mr. Gephart has to say to them.
