User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsWell I agree , the service has been less than what anyone should expect , One day i dropped in 23 Ib worth of clothes , and i came back after few hours to pick it up and it was 14 Ib , what is worse , that the girl over there tried to convince me that Clothes lose weight when they get cleaned , can u believe that ,til i foundone of my underwear in other persons bag , and we spent another half an hours looking in other people's property , Where is cusotmer protection , are we in the US , I doubt it
moreove rhte manager called me2 days later in a rude way , blaming me , i can't believe that , I enedd up thanking her for losinga customer /

Poor service. I took in some shirts to be pressed and they came back with one front panel longer than the other. When I complained, I was told to find another dry cleaner and refused service. When I spoke to the plant manger, she was very rude. IF YOU NEED A DRY CLEANER, STAY AWAY FROM THIS ONE!!
