ive read other reviews and dont understand them. i love their cheesy beefs, their wraps ar good, and their pizza is delicious. it may be a little expensive, but i belive it is worth it. as far as service goes. they were very polite, and tried to help me when i had any questions. i would recomend this place to anyone. the only down fall is that in the summer it is very hot in side the store. but they also have chairs and tabels outside the store. and their delevery is fast.
bad service almost not worth it: true, the pizza is very good, yet I find that the poor service isn't worth it. I ordered my teenage brother a few surprise pizzas for his birthday party and paid for it at the counter, and had it delivered to his house.
When he went to recieve the delivery, which i witnessed, as i had made my way over there to his party, the pizza boy demanded to be paid, and didn't even have the reciept on him.
I was outraged. I drove over to the taylor street, and DEMANDED a refund. by the time it was all sorted out, the pizza was cold.
so if you want a quality pizza for delivery, taylor street is NOT the place. if you like taylor street that much, stop in the shop and buy it to take home.
too bad the food is good: We ordered food from them about a week ago. Its pretty expensive as far as pizza places go and the food is good BUT the customer service leaves a lot to be desired. Our food order was delivered all tipped on its side and we received an incorrect item- when we called to complain the manager didn't seem to think it was too big of a deal and didn't apologize. Remember the good old days when businesses wanted your business and were happy to have it?
