    Credit my cable bill for the down time of your service. How disappointed to have my cable not working for the high price I pay. Others have called in to report the same issues according the to the telephone operator and you want to charge me to fix your problem?

    Maybe a call to Dish network would eliminate the constant down time of ACS cable and internet. Pathetic service with incresaing costs... What next, you going to charge customers to call you when they have troubles? Maybe, an increase in fees would fix the problem!

    I expect to have my account credited for the down time of your problem and yes... this is an emergency! I am tired of paying for services that are very poor at best!
