Quirky little shop with a great nouveau west vibe. Jennifer, the charming proprietress, does amazing reconstructions of vintage and modern clothing at the shop while she chats with a diverse clientele. She also sells Dublin Dr. Pepper (the kind without HFCS!) and Dr. Bronner's soaps. Western Otter is the jewel in the crown of Hico's downtown shopping district.
