About:DJ' s Fine Meats offers premium aged Certified Angus Beef, as well as ribs, bacon, sausage, chicken & seafood. Our specialties include Rib eye, Filet, & NY Strip. Please stop by & check us out. We' re located on Hwy 119 in Alabaster between the Post Office & Meineke Car Care Center. Ask for our famous seasoning on your next steak. DJ' s is open Wed & Thur 12 pm to 6:30 pm, Fri & Sat. 10 am to 7 pm, Sun 11 am to 5 pm. The best steaks plus a whole lot more!!!

    We are going again soon!!: Do you want Fresh Meat? Something Different? Look no farther than D.J.'s Fine Meats! My hubbie decided to go here & he was impressed by the variety and the freshness of the meats. He got 2 thick center cut boneless pork chops which they seasoned right there & 2 Applewood Bacon wrapped stuffed boneless chicken breasts. The chicken breasts were stuffed with Cream cheese and Jalepenos. They were very good!!! The pork chops were good also! They also have sides to choose from. If you are looking for exotic meats such as Alligator, Buffalo, Kangaroo, Elk they have what you want & if they don't They can get it. The prices are reasonable. So if you are in the mood to grill give this place a try and you'll be back. I know I will!!!!!
