    I don't know what happened with the "Disgusted" patient but I have been going to Buttermilk dentistry for 8 years and I have always found the Doctor's and staff courteous and attentive to my needs and comfort! If I have ever had a problem with my teeth and needed to get in they have always given me an appointment that day! We have always had the highest quality of dental care form this office and my family and I will continue our dental care with this office for years to come and insurance has never been a problem.

    I had been going to Dr. Sadrinia for ~7 years. At one visit, the hygienist told me I had periodontal disease on two different teeth which was confirmed by Dr. Sadrnia. I also had two bridges in the front covering six teeth. Dr. Sadrinia told me that both bridges need to be replaced and I would need root canals costing an estimated $10,000.
    I went to another dentist - absolutely no periodontal disease and the bridges are fine. In fact the new dentist said my teeth and gums looked very good and she could tell I took good care of my teeth and had good oral hygiene. RUN - don't walk from this dentist.
    A few months ago they told me they were working with a new accounting firm and their methods of billing were going to change. I alerted my insurance company to watch them. PLEASE do not let them take advantage of you and your insurance company.

    I had a horrible experience. I was in a lot of pain, and they gave me a quote after talking to my insurance and then when I came back after the precedure was done they said they had made a mistake with the quote on their end. Which added several hundred dollars on to my bill. They also tried to add presedures that were not needed without my knowledge I wouldn't have noticed if I hadn't followed on things. Also the front desk staff was not helpful at all, very rude.
