NEVER TAKE A CAR HERE. I took my car in for a brake problem. Nearly a thousand dollars later, after nearly getting killed, and hassles beyond belief, Bob Howard said it was my fault and it couldn't be fixed. I took the car to West Point Chrysler Jeep in Mustang and they fixed the whole thing for $150 and it's been fine since. The last time I took it back, they were even more rude and when I picked the car up it was smoking. My husband checked and every one of the bolts holding the crank case together had been loosened.

This was the worst that I have ever been treated from an automotive service department. Took a new Chrysler 300c into service and for a few little items on the car they had it for one week. Second they refused to work on an item that was covered under warranty and told me that it was due to me hitting my dash or customer neglect. The service manager was an ass and just wrote Chryslers 1-800 number on his card and said there was nothing he could do. So after calling Chrysler they said to take it to another dealer and see if they would fix the item and they did. So after having to rent a car for a week out of my own money because Chryslers to cheap to give loaners I had to go into all of this and guess what I get to rent another car to get the remainder of the service work done that Bob Howard refused to fix. Stay away from these guys they are bad news for the automotive industry and piss poor customer service. Thanks for nothing Chris Olson!
