User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsI also am not able to get past the BUSY signal EVERY Wednesday. I've done what they ask YET they don't make it possible to reach them - This is a stress builder, I NEED HELP, all I'm asking for is a chance to get in the door and be evaluated. I'm on Medicare w/o dental and this is my ONLY hope. I'll volunteer to help improve this system.

The students are awesome! They haven't been tainted by the $$$ YET!
The clinic directors are jerkoffs! Was there 10/10/08.I'm 61...and he might have been 40 but he was rude and crude! Guess it's really true..Those that can do.....the others teach!This lil punk and I WILL meet again...and he will learn how to treat humans!

I am having a hard time reaching the appointment line. It's always busy. Is there any other way, to get through?
I feel exactly the same. I have been having a very hard time to reach the appointment line also. It is busy all the time, then you get disconected after 50 seconds. I have been dialing since January, every Wednesday between 9am -10.30am. I don't know what it will take to make an appointment.
