The person who gave "Cane's" the poor review must be a competitor.

Actually, that review is the only one that provided any info I was looking for before eating there. I wanted to know about the sauces in particular, since when I look on their menu, I see only "Cane's sauce." That review that you refer to is the only one that also describes what Cane's sauce is similar to. I happen to like that bloomin' onion type sauce, but at least now I know what to expect if I go, which your "review" added nothing to. I hope other people keep this in mind before disregarding (or giving credit to) reviews on here (especially as I noticed that you failed to comment on the person leaving the other review that claimed Raising Cane's food was untouchable - surely their leaving of such a great review must mean they work for Cane's, under your amazing logic).

amazing: This establishment does not need anything else than its succulent chicken, mouth watering texas toast, and crispy fries. Pair these with their tangy cane's sauce and not other chicken joint can compare

Are you serious?: Raising Cane's just opened here in Gahanna and there was quite a buzz about it. After eating there for the first and likely last time, I don't know what the hype was about. While the chicken is of high quality, the batter is horribly bland and takes away from what could be really good chicken. Then there's the sauce. I thought for a chicken fingers only place this would have a ton of different sauces...nope only 2. Honey mustard or their "Cane's Sauce." Now if you don't like that spicyish tangy orange ranch sauce that typically comes with bloomin' onions, you're not going to like their special sauce. (Which I don't like either) I can't believe they don't even have BBQ sauce?! The texas toast doesn't have much texas (garlic) to it. Finally, the fries are seriously like those cheap, thin crinkle cut fries you'd get as a kid in the 80's...completely bland.

If you have a testy digestive tract that requires all of your food to be bland, this is the place for you. If you actually want some flavor, go across the street to KFC!
