Dont know what Lowes that the last guy was at. The emoloyees at this Lowes are great. They are helpful and knowledgeable. You can tell that they take a lot of pride in their store and helping customers

Recently had my wife go there(Lowes in Cornelia, Ga.) with the expectations of being treated courteous. I had ordered two trex composite post that weigh around 30pds each. The rep. was helping my wife and got a phone call answered it and from that point forward never acknowledged her. He stayed on the phone the whole time and loaded the post half into the car and walked off leaving her standing there in the parking lot. She called back to the mgr. once she got them into her car and got a excuse that it must have been important. Well, I am in Retail sales myself, the customer in front of you is more important than any call. I have spent more than my fair share of money there, but no more. I will be doing business at Home Depot in Dahlonega. Beware here, they are not customer oriented.
