After moving to Oregon to Arizona, my wife and I were very lucky to have Dr. Cohen recommended to us. One of our dogs (boxer) has had a tough bout with cancer and over the years we’ve had mixed experiences with a few different veterinarians. After our first appointment at Anthem Pet Medical Center, Dr. Cohen immediately put us at ease. He is clearly very knowledgeable and keeps up on changing veterinary techniques and information, and his strong belief in preventative care is quite refreshing. In addition to helping us with the cancer treatment by making diet recommendations and placing Cassius on natural supplements (leafy greens with meals and supplements to boost his immune system), Dr. Cohen did some pretty extensive oral surgery on our little boston terrier that has very clearly helped her comfort level (we were shocked that prior doctors failed to diagnose these issues). Even after we move to Tempe in a few months, we will continue to see Dr. Cohen in Anthem – the drive is more than worth it to us to make certain our furry friends continue to get this amazing level of care.

I tried many vets before I found him, and several after he moved up to Anthem (since I lived so far away), and none of them even compare to him. After spending way too much money and seeing my pets suffer at the hands of substandard veterinarians, I realized Dr. Cohen is well worth the trip and I will never take my pets to anyone else again. His facility has the latest technology and Dr. Cohen stays updated on all the new developments in the veterinary industry. He is great with my dogs, cats and ferrets (you won't find a better ferret vet). As an added bonus, their prices are very reasonable for the great care they provide.
