Very Good Food: The food is surpurb - but what they charge for beer is outlandish !!!!!

7/15/06 - Fat Tony's Italian Pub - Wilmington, NC: I visited the Racine Drive location on 7/15/06. It was my third visit since grand opening. I was seated in a booth with several flys making their presence known on a window. I even had a dead fly in a refill drink. Nasty! The "heavy metal" music was too loud making small talk impossible. A simple request to change the music was acknowledged, but the request to lower the volume was ignored. The waitress was polite when ordering, but she seemed to rush the payment and tip phase before the meal was completed. Rude! Unsure on a next visit.

Excellent Lunch Specials!: This place has one of the best lunch specials downtown. You can get a nice small salad, two lage slices of pizza and a large drink of less than six bucks.
They have a wounderful crab dip and the food is great and doesn't put any stress on thw wallet. They have plenty of seating and great bartenders.
