User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsAMAZINGLY talented baker, Gary Young, has been making bread for his friends, neighbors, coworkers and church for many years before opening North Star Bakery with his wife, Donna. They use all the best ingredients, including whole grains; and are able to fulfill special orders. This is the return of the old fashioned bakery where the baker loves what he does and it shows in every loaf of bread, every cookie and every cake and pastry. If you live in the Valley, you owe it to yourself to visit, and to take your visitors too, to North Star!
