User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsNorm was terrible. He blew off the appointment we made with him three times and would not return phone calls. He made us pay upfront for a part and then didn't show up for another couple of weeks.
I should have known when he first came to the house. Declared the the compressor was bad on my fridge without asking any questions or looking at it. (Why did he show up? I guess to get his site visit fee). It was not the compressor that was broken.
Don't hire Norm!
User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsNorm did not follow thru. Took parts from my antique refridge and never returns my calls. It's been 6 months and he still does not repond. I have lost vital parts for my appliance and he doesnt seem to care.
