Qdoba Mexican Grill

The "suburbs" of St. Joe don't have many restaurants so Qdoba was a welcome, fast and delicious addition. Qdoba is a little different because the rating depends on who makes your meal. Sometimes you get those good servers who dump on piles of salsa and cheese and don't charge you for extra rice. And then other times you get those guys who seem like they are measuring every ounce and you wind up with a wimpy burrito. Tonight I had an EXCELLENT server - friendly, fast, and heavy handed with the goods. :) But, since I never see the same servers twice there (high turnover?) I can't guarantee a 5 star burrito next trip. If you go, you must try the chicken salad - chock full of crisp romaine in a crunchy tortilla bowl with spicy chicken, fresh pico-de-gallo and cheese, cheese, cheese! Every time I get one, the people I'm with are jealous. Also, if you order the nachos, make sure you get your chips separate. That way you get more toppings in your bowl, AND you don't wind up with a mushy mess when you get it home.
