i am a little confused i understand the helping the client but how much do you check into the whole situation of two people divorcing with a child involved, you were the lawyer for my ex daughter in law two yrs ago. Arledge,(11-02-07) there is a parent plan but i am positive (from experience) that it is no way followed and would like to know how to go about making sure visitations are fare and equal, per my personal involvement , if the person we speak of has custody is in a good mood and has things to do the father is allowed to see his son anytime, (i had 3 days with him no problems) but if she is having control issues or a bad day , no one gets that privalege , how can we recheck and make sure the child is not being used as a control tool. i feel both may love the son but neither can be fair to each other. my only concern is that the father wants and loves to see his son and his son loves their time together, but fairness is not being shown and the son is caught in the middle. I would like to stay unkown to the parent, not trying to cause problem just looking out for my grandson and we as well are caught up in all this trying to keep the peace and fair visitings. as well as are other family members. Thank you for any suggestions.i believe in the system that lawyers stive to support and understand the boundries they have. i am divorced and my lawyer from branson is now a judge and he was very helpful in taking care of the childrens needs. i belive lawyers are peacemakers as well as any others

My name is Cody Moore, and your client is my wife. I know that your law firm and her have tried to sneak this paperwork by me with the 45 day rule and I wanted to let you know that its not gonna happen, I will have an answer that is notorized and will be sent to you and the clerks office way before the 15th. We will be going to trial because I will not agree to anything that she has written up about the custody issues. I will fight for joint custody. The lies she has told your firm about me are sickening. And the things that she has done since the separation are sickening. Her permisquity, and the adultery, and not to mention her abortion back at the end of may of someones baby that she committed adultury with, and now she's committing more adultery. That is why we will go to trial, We will leave no stone unturned.

Please realize that Sherri Harris is a paid attorney. She has nothing aginst you personally, she is just doing her legal job that she is being paid to do. If you would have hired her first then she would be on your side! Attorneys are simply doing their job representing their client with the info. that the client gives them (whether it be lies or not). That is why you go to court to let the court decide. This is a place about reviews for Sherri Harris and the job she does, NOT to air your dirty laundry list about your wife. Tell that to your own attorney and let them do their job for you just as Sherri Harris is doing hers. Then post a review on your own attorneys site. This is not the place!

I recently did some research of my own and learned exactly how much Sherri and her staff have done on my behalf. It has been almost a year since I hired her. Because of her belief in my cause and God only knows why else she took my case under circumstances that at least a dozen other lawyers laughed at. I owe her a debt of gratitude that no monitary amount could ever equate to. Thank you Sherri, and thank you Rachel!!!!
