User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsMy wife and I used to go to the Crab Bag 20 years ago, when it was a 2 floor house that looked like it would be condemned at any moment (great ambience). We have not been there for over 10 years, and found ourselves in OC for a softball tournament. The place has been remodeled, complete with totally open seating, and a very nice deck off the front of the building.
We had to wait about an hour to be seated, but it is the summer and in the middle of the tourist season, but man was it worth the wait. Our waitress (Paige) was very attentive, and constantly stopped back about every 10 minutes to check on us. That was nothing compared to the crabs ($49.00 doz), which were EXTREMELY good. My wife and I eat crabs a couple of times a month, and these were heavy, packed, mustard laden, tasty crabs. We could not get over how good they were, and why we havent been back to the Crab Bag for 10 years.-

Great Crabs, cold beer, great service, reasonable prices for OC. Cream of Crab soup is wonderful slight hint of sherry with lumps of fresh crab meat. Open year round if you don't stop in you'll miss a great eastern shore eating experiance.
