Chili's: This was the first time I ate at Chili's. I had no idea what to expect. Couldn't ask for better service. The waitress was there every 5 minutes asking if everything was o.k., which I like. I don't usually drink, but I ordered a corona w/lemon & lime. Tasted good because it was hot & humid outside. Mark & I ordered an appetizer. A bloomin' onion. I know...it's not the Outback, but I forgot the term they use for their bloomin' onion. :) It was good. Sauce wasn't too spicy. Mark ordered a rack of baby back ribs which looked pretty good hangin' off the plate (lol), fries, & warm apples. Out of a 5, he gave it a 3/4. I had lime shrimp, 1/2 rack of baby back ribs, mashed taters w/cheese & bacon on top, & veggies. Yummie. I never ordered ribs out in my life. I don't like any fat at all on my meat, but I wanted to be adventurous/different, so I tried it. I was impressed. They weren't fatty & they tasted really good. Overall I gave it a 4 out of 5. We couldn't have dessert. I ate too much. Dessert menu looked awesome. I'd definately go back again. Between service & food, I give it an overall 4 out of 5.
