I don't give out too many 5 star ratings but Fuji definitely deserves it. This was my first time with "gai-jin" friends from the Edgewater area. I am from California where sushi restaurants abound. Two of us had the chirashi sushi and the other had the regular sushi dinners. The presentation of the chirashi was the most exquisite I had ever seen! The amount of sashimi and other items were normally what I received when I order the sashimi dinner. Best yet --- every piece of sashimi was the freshest I had tasted in a long time. Even in the San Francisco Bay Area I've never had every piece of absolutely fresh sashimi. Now that I know they have a happy hour, I will certainly go there one more time before going home.

I've gone to this restaurant several times in the last year. It was my 1st Habachi experience. I take everyone there when I have the money to splurge. I love the atmosphere and the service. I love the food and the entertainment. The soup and salad are a good starter but I cant wait to sink my teeth into that chicken and shrimp combo. lol The sushi is great too.
