Bella D'Ora Pizza & Pasta

I ordered pizza for delivery and was told it would be an hour, after an hour and 20 minutes I called and was told it should arrive any minute. Well after an hour and 45 minutes I called again and was told they did not know where the driver was and that they would call me back when they found out what the problem was, at which time the driver knocks on my door (this same driver has delivered to my home before) and he wouldn't me when I asked why it took so long, Needless to say I did not get the call back and my pizza was cold and my soda was warm and my chees cake was smashed. Not a good experience anyway you look at it. No offers to make it right, in fact when I called back that night they wouldn't answer the phone thanks to caller ID..

Toppings not generous and when we opened the box we immediately smelled "pancake" like there was brown sugar or maple syrup on the pizza. We called them and they told us it was the bacon that they use. Yuck. I suppose if you like maple syrup flavored pizza, you will be happy.

first off staff at pizzeria is not very freindly the first thing you see at the register is that we can refuse service to anyone, real freindly greeting huh. The pizza is over priced for the lack of toppings like cheese, the pizza could be great if it had more on it the sauce on it is barely existing but some folks like dry pizza this place has the potencial to be a great place if pizzas had more toppings and not thinner than 1/2 a peice of bread its to bad cause this could be an excellant pizza place more than anything else the unfreindliness makes me not want to spend my money there.
