    Hunter Lending recently simultaneously refinanced an investment property while arranging the financing on my new home purchase. One of the transactions was quite complicated, and through the Hunter Lending expertise and network of lenders I was able to identify the loan product I was looking for, that will ultimately maximize the return on my investment. These guys know the market incredibly well and I refer all my personal acquaintances to them for home financing needs.

    Honesty and a straigth forward approach to their customer relationship is how I would define this firm.

    This was the best mortgage experiance I have had in 5 homes i have purchased. I must say it was refreshng to get the truth from Ryan and Jim and the help I needed to close on time. I would greatly recommend them again as i already have.

    I received very poor customer service. Information was deliberately kept from me until the closing date. Information that was provided was incorrect. I highly recommend that you seek this service elsewhere.
