Pacino's is a great place, next to Stone House there is none better in Escanaba...not by a mile! The chef is classicaly trained, the produce and meats are fresh and seasonal. I think the menu could use a little bit of an upgrade and although I love classic french cooking they have a younger sous chef who should be allowed to bring some vibrance into the dishes they serve. The restaurant is unfortuantly overshadowed by the fact that it is inside a hotel. While that works great in large cities like New York, Chicago, L.A. ect ect in Escanaba we generally don't have that kind of clientel coming to the UP. My only complaint is that the Restaurant will never be as busy as the Stone House because it's in a Hotel, even though the food/service/price is just as good!

Thank you Pacino's and Stone House for saving Escanaba from being the "worst place in the USA" for dining!

Pacino's, not your normal hotel food.: Pacino's has to have the best chef in Escanaba. Pacino's has it all, fine dining, great atmoshere, and a delightful staff, Gourmet food and a great wine selection. Pacino's also offers the Pub, Same excellence, but casual atmoshere. Not to mention the best home-made pizzas, 40 some beers, and the most exciting martinis and cocktails specials. Pacino's has it all!!!
