Legacy Grooming

Took my dog their before heading out of town to get checked for fleas. Picked her up and they said she did not have any fleas. I then put the dog in the car and went out of town. We I arrived at my destination I noticed my dog was still scratching and decided to flea comb her and pull 8 fleas off of her. I had just picked her up less than 5 hours prior at legacy Grooming who said she did not have fleas. So I paid for an oatmeal bath when the dog needed a flea dip. When I got back in town I called Leagacy grooming and explained what was happening thinking the would be kind enough to dip her since they obviously did not look to see if she had fleas. Instead I got along explanation of how they looked at her and insisted that they would never of over looked something like that. The end of the conversation was a very unsatisfied customer and one who will never return. I don't recommend them because the believe that they are flawless instead of trying to correct the situation. Had they offered any solution I would of been satisfied. They were not helpful.

Effrain, Kari and their entire staff at Legacy Grooming are, without question, the best pet groomers in Plano. Period! I have been taking my Shis Tzu "Precious" there for more than two years and am exceptionally pleased. Their prices are great, but it is their love and care of animals and their knowledge of breed-specific grooming that are priceless. Add the fact that their hours of operation are SO wonderful (they are open at 6:00 a.m. on Saturdays) and you will understand why I wouldn't consider going anywhere else. I love them, Precious loves them and I cannot possibly recommend them strongly enough!

What a great gooming place this is! This was my first time to take my toy poodle to be groomed here and thay did a great job. The personnel is so professional and seem to really care about doing a great job for you and your dog. Lots of pure breds there that are rare around here. Swiss Mountain Dog, Standard Poodle, King Charles Cavalier along with all the more commonly seen breeds. My appt was on a Wednesday and they were busy when I droped off and busy when I picked up. Plenty of staff. Dogs waiting for their turn or to be picked up are in wire crates out in the open instead of being placed in a back room. I could see my little poodle sleeping in her crate when I arrived. My previous groomer retired and I had been going to a large pet supply chain store. I was not happy and their prices just kept gong up. I would give them specific instructions and come back to find they had not followed them. I decided I just had to find another place and I have. I'll be back many times.
