I have to give this place no stars because I never even got a response from them to try their food (but yahoo made me give at least 1). I emailed their group planner from their website months ago regarding my rehearsal dinner. We followed up the email with 2 live calls in which we were told, "we will send you a proposal when we get to the main office." We then followed up with a second email, another call, and gave up. Absolutely ridiculous customer service, especially given the economic climate right now. Could have been a $$$ group as we were planning a bbq style outdoor event for 90+ people but that is their loss I suppose...went with the Delta King instead. I am glad they get so much business here that ours was obviously not valuable enough to even earn a call back.
Terrible, terrible terrible!
As others say the view was great but the food and service was absolutely terrible.
We were a party of 9 sat upstairs, the place smelled like old cooking oil and mildew so when the menu came I went for the safest option - angel hair pasta with tomatoes and garlic. I was hungry so ordered a side salad - big mistake, it was old bagged greens drowned in balsamic vinegar. The other's food was disgusting, pork sandwich that was dry with stale bread, spots on silverware and dishwear. We brought a cake and they tried to charge us $3 per slice to cut it. WTF? I would never reccomend this place to anyone and never go back.
Who puts the dumpster and oil recycling from the kitchen on the walkway to the front door? They do - gross, don't go! Should have gone to Chevy's!
you guys should be shamed serving that food to people ,,, pricks.
