I like the friendly help, but they may need a few english lessons..the language barrier caused a mixup in food and I didn't get exactly what I ordered. Also, the selection of drinks from the bar is a great idea, if they have all the ingredients to the drink you asked for...Overall, the food and service was good and the prices are about what you'd expect for a small town restraunt..
User Rating: 3 out of 5 starsIt's Don Rafa's and the food is pretty good, service ain't bad, chips and salsa is good and they keep it coming. Serving sizes are adequate. Will continue to have lunch there.

The only thing good about this place is the chips and salsa. The service has gotten horrible. The portions have shrunk while the prices have gone way up!! The quality of the food has changed dramatically from when they first opened. I was very disappointed the last time we went and not only were most of our orders wrong but they took my husbands plate from the table before he was even finished eating. He was feeding my infant neice and when he turned back his plate was gone! Used to be very good but not so much anymore!
