I had a mystery issue with my '98 Honda Accord. When I tried to start it, it would crank, but not turn over. I had Ceriale's tow it to their shop. Of course, it started right up with no issues. I talked to Mike and he told me they would still do a diag on it. After that, they still didn't find anything. Mike told me he didn't want to put in parts that weren't necessary - which was appreciated. A lot of other shops would have taken some more money out of it.
Well, a month later, the same issue came up again. I called Mike at Ceriale's and he sent two guys to my house. They found the problem to be a crack in the distributor cap, causing the engine to not get enough spark.
I thanked them for their time, they didn't charge me, and they went on their way. I bought a new distributor cap and rotor, replaced them, and my car works again.
Great service! Honest and fair!

When the father was alive he was fair, but since the son took over the company he overcharges and has no business ethcs.

The son is young and inexperienced and will try and bait customers into spending money on repairs that aren't needed.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!
