Since FEBRUARY, they've had a fax number instead of a phone !!!
Today, my husband, a courier, called me and asked me to give him the phone number for the FEd-EX in Linthicum Heights. Well, guess what?? It STILL has not been corrected and is a fax. (which I tried to fax them a message and it didn't go through). Also I called the 800 # for FEd EX and the only way they could reach them is by e-mail !!!
Is this a major national company? Very very frustrating.

Not only does FedEx leave out the zip code, but when you call to get the zip code, you get a fax machine. DAH
