User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsI went there to get my hair done for my bridal shots and I told them specifically what I would need before I came in and they said that was fine. Then, when I went in the girl who did my hair had no idea what she was doing and when I suggested a couple things that normally work she said they didn't have them at the salon... so I don't know why they told me they could do my hair. Even though I wasn't outwardly angry about it, the stylist burst into tears and ended putting random curls into my hair and didn't charge me for anything....
And on a different occasion, my mom bought some earrings there and right after the lady ran her card she noticed part of one of them was broken. The girl checking her out told her they don't do refunds. I told the girl that good businesses don't sell broken merchandise and refuse to give good customer service. The girl angrily gave us back our money. Maybe it was a personal problem for her to be professional and courteous?
So I'm not a fan and would not recommend this establishment. There is another boutique/salon a few doors down, Adorn Style Lounge, and their customer service is impeccable. They also sell unique, stylish clothing/jewelry/hair accesories for an affordable price. My friends, family, and I regularly get our hair done there and love it!-

Blossoms is the best!!! All the stylist are great, and know what they're doing! The clothes are great priced, and I dont know what that other comment was about because I am always very well helped! Iv'e been going there a year and everyone is so nice, and so helpful! Such a great salon!

I Love Blossom! I have been getting my hair done there since they opened. The atmosphere is so relaxed and the boutique has great deals! Give it a try.
