Do not recommend this place. Their service is terrible and they do not listen to the customer. Left a stain in my car and denied it.
Friendly enough service staff but that's about all they are good for .
On three different occasions they have let us down .
# 1 free flat repair but then they marred our Toyota FJ rim !
# 2 bought 4 RV tires from them to replace defective ones . they sent old tires back for a factory adjustment a year later still nothing . Spoke with the manager Mike no help .
# 3 Dropped of some lose boat tires to be mounted. you would think they would install new tire stems as part of the service nope . Gets better checked the air pressure when I got home . One tire read 42 psi the other 56 psi .
Its really hits or miss at this Les Schwab Location . We chose to take our tire business to Costco from now on .

I took my car to the galt office for an alignment, as I started to get into the car from picking it up I noticed a U shaped tear in my leather seat. I notified the manager then and there and at first he tried to act like it wasn't possible for something in there back pocket to put hole in the seat, then I told him well look it wasnt there when i dropped it off. He said he would call his "leather guy" and I told him I'm not settling for a patch job when my seat was in perfect condition before they ruined it that I wanted a new seat. He didnt like that. I asked for corporate # he said there was NO corporate office. So he gave me some guys # from Folsom. I called another Les Scwab and got the corporate #. Called them and they have absolutely no customer skills whatsoever, very rude with no sympathy at all, refusing to replace my seat. I gave them deadline of 3 days to replace the seat or I was taking action and nothing. Why do I have to keep calling them? They ruined MY seat. I am now going to sue them. I was going to buy some wheels but now I'll buy them elsewhere. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE I WILL NEVER GO BACK

Wow, doesn't sound like Les, I'm from Oregon and everyone, I mean everyone takes their car for tires and brakes to Les,,, the best service and customer service EVER!!
Yeah, until they rip your leather seat and refuse to fix it.....
