User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsi consider myself a pho connoisseur. this restaurant has the best pho i've ever had. i definately agree with everspring_nt1, that the broth is "well-balanced" with a "complex flavor and aroma." also, the prices are very reasonable.

The guy picked his nose then served the pho? That is so gross. I think another place that has the best pho in the valley is Pho Cali and the place is very clean also.
