User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsBuyer beware!: Gunston cleaners ruined a new comforter they cleaned for me by melting it. They hid the burn inside a fold, so it wouldn't be noticed until I got it home. Originally, they demanded the receipt to show what I paid for it. When I gave it to them, they refused to accept responsibility and pay for a new one. Instead they offered to have their business "investigated" for $200 (and would send the bill to me if they somehow decided it wasn't their responsibility). Save yourself the headache, time, and money and go elsewhere. Don't take anything there that you don't want ruined.
(P.S. The lady at the front counter was very nice and professional. It's the actual cleaners, not her shop where the issue exists).
