Dealing with a nasty clog that was stubborn as all get-out. Happy Day did a superb job of trying to snake out the problem before attempting a jet cleaning. What he discovered was a situation that could've gotten worse, more messy and certainly more expensive. The whole time, though, Happy Day Guy's were courteous, upfront and reassuring. The Happy Day guys put in a great amount of work, got the drain unclogged and recommended the best course of action to my landlord. Above, beyond and all done with a sense of grace and humor. Definitely went a long way toward making a potentially horrible situation manageable. I cannot recommend these guys enough.

When you work with Happy Day Plumbing, they won't be the cheapest or the highest but they do provide impeccable work. Plus, a real person answers their phones, hire only drug-tested/background checked people, and stand by 100% of everything they do. Oh yeah, and they pull all the PERMITS... to do the job legally. These plumbing contractors are pro's. It costs them money to come to your home. (AT NO COST- NO SERVICE CHARGE) But they can't charge you for work unless they see the exact problem... I had one plumbing contractor quote me a price over the phone to clean a main sewer line... They thought it be a quick clean and only cost me a hundred bucks, what a joke. I had Happy Day out, and they saw that my line was broken! Had they not inspected it, I would have had a huge mess in my house... backed up sewage... TNo other company noticed that problem... Happy Day did. They even showed me the break in my line. I would have been in big trouble had Happy Day not come out, really evaluated the problem, and really showed me how to solve the problem... NOT patch it. I'm glad I let him come out to the house, and they did not even charge me a service fee. And how many times have we all had someone come to our house, do the work, and then give us a bill that blows us away? (STICKER SHOCK) That's not fair at all! I'd rather know how much the work costs (UPFRONT). I can always turn the work away or choose to do something else... But at least I know. People you pay for what you get. I've worked with them for years and am HAPPY I have. What's a few dollars to work with a company that you know isn't going to put an ex-convict or drug user in your home???? It's nothing! I haven't even mentioned how they keep tons of parts on their trucks, most of the time they don't have to run to the supply store to get parts. It's right there, saving you time. Personally, I like getting my plumbing problems fixed quickly and by a professional.
