I was treated well every time went to Casa Garcia. I love the place. I like everything they have on the menu. I try to go at least once a week and my girlfriend likes it which is good because it is not expensive at all.

Casa Garcia Mexican Restaurant (Metairie): You have excellent mexican food and great service from a few waitresses that always give there best services to your customers! But ya'll still have lousy ill manners lazy lousy employees (dan, raul, david, mary, marie, and a few more of them scatter around, they always on there cellphones, texting or talking so long, they forget they have customers to wait on), not paying enough attention to us (customers) that not given there customers full services, that's why customers isn't given any bigger tips! Ya'll need to cut them out, be strict about those who constantly abusing your cellphone policy, I can understand the other workers that doesn't abuse your policy, they're ok, cool! All you have is some dead beats that doesn't give a darn about others workers who always thrive and strive to make your restaurant great, but they can't do it themselves to help clean and roll up silverwares and towels, fill up the neccessities items (sugar, sweet 'n low, equal, etc), plus, customers always see a whole lots of dirty employees do to other great workers, make a mess in there station, while they aren't looking, and plus switching out there full supplies (sugar, sweetners, salt/pepper, sauces holders) to your dirty and lazy employees unfill holders! Here's an ideal, whatever "holders" ya'll have for each stations, make one color for each stations, so ya'll can keep track of who's really doing all the work and filling your condiments (sweetners, salt and etc. up) while others can't switch out other hard working employees! Plus, ya'll have some greedied ill manner lazy lousy employees working for ya'll, they're hogging all the tables (customers), play favortism on other hard workers, the laziest ones should get any tables, until all of them straighten up and work together as a team, stop playing favortism on each others! The other hard workers ya'll have is the best ones had been surviving and helping ya'll out, they should always get most of the tables, until others steps in to help each other out, then everybody can work together as a family and not at each others! Your other hard working employees had been holding on strong and steady, we (customers) can see in there faces, sometimes they feel like leaving this hell place, workers always against each other, always making that money, not willing to help other hard workers, always sitting at the bar chit-chatting bs or the backroom, not helping others to roll up the silverwares or fill-up sauces or do any other side jobs! Ya'll need to push others to help others, they're wasting your payroll, if they're not will to help out, ya'll might as well send them home to think about it! Your hard working employees will always be there for ya'll, but if ya'll not willing to help them as they're helping ya'll out, sooner or later, they will find another better job with better communications and other employers and employees helping each other without no favortism or trash talks, ya'll had better treat them right or else! The End God Bless To All The Hard Workers of Casa Garcia Mexican Restaurant! Zirah~Noda

    Dear Casa Garcia,

Ya'll have great foods, no doubt about it. But there's a few workers work very hard to please the customers, and get there bigger tips! My families and friends always eat at "Casa Garcia" all the times, we always get the best service with your #1 waitress always giving us the best service, best service, known to have bigger tips, she deserved every bit of it with her helper, too!

But there's are 90% of your workers down right lazy, don't give enough effort to try their best to give enough customer service to help and please the customers! Plus if the 90% of the workers would stop complaining about other workers tips or what race they're, your establishment would run smoother as right now, because while my families and friends are eating, we can see and hear what your workers are teasing or being messy on certain individuals! But where other jobs won't tolerated people spreading rumors or whine or tease other workers, they would get coach, if they continue to pick on others, they will get terminate from their positions! Casa Garcia, time to make changes, following the books and regulations on spreading rumors, time to step up to the plates, before it's too late, sooner or later some of your great workers will leave you forever and won't return, if you don't want to lose these great workers, you had better straighten up your acts and attitudes at that place, being a better place to work, be happy, stop stabbing each others back, be a family again, stop all kinds of rumors, we all need to share, not to be all greedy all the time!!! Time to be a families once again!

Casa Garcia, I hate people always nick~picking other innocent workers who work so hard, get knockdown from others or they get all jealousy over the fact what they receive from your customers a bigger tips; but if the 90% of your workers need to learn the values of your customers, ya'll would definitely be a better place to work at, right now, it's only an average place to work and eat at, once ya'll go back to rules and regulation, people have to follow it, if not, out they goes!

Casa Garcia, ya'll have great place to relax, enjoy the surrounding, try to taste different delicious foods on different outings!

Casa Garcia, thanks for all your delicious dinners, we always enjoy your delicious foods!!!

    Sincerely Yours,

    Max Dugan

    PEACE
